This is Adam’s bedroom: my 5 year-old boy. I used grey and green for this room. It all started when I bought the green A-shaped shelf. Of course, A is for Adam, not for Apple ;-)! I bought it in France in Maisons du Monde and it’s a great piece to store his books, assorted baskets and his Lego collection.
To prevent his room from becoming a war zone, I taught him how to organize his toys: I bought 14 baskets from Ikea and I categorized his toys: cars, characters, motorcycles, trucks, planes, fire trucks… all well hidden under his bed in a large drawer on wheels. His curtains are also green which make a good visual connection with his shelf. My son has a real fascination for superheroes and he loves having his superhero costumes on display on his rack.
The giant Fatboy bean bag in the corner serves as his reading nook, but also as his time out spot when he misbehaves! His bedside table comes form Kartell Dubai, and he uses the two round circle drawers to hide his little treasures!
